Telecom Infrastructure Program for Diploma(Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications), ITI (Electrical, Electronics) & BE(Electrical,
Electronics)
As telecom evolves from a 2G to a 3G world, the customer base keeps widening and telecom companies have to invest into infrastructure to
keep expanding. Telecom companies, which now rushed to set up towers to cope with the explosion in the number of subscribers, have now realized that it’s better to
share the infrastructure. For large players who have a pan-India footprint, it means a new source of revenue, while for those expanding nationwide, it means lower CAPEX and
OPEX, as well as faster rollout of services. More and more international telecom companies are diverting their telecom technologies towards the Indian Telecom sector, in
order to confirm their telecom market share in India, keeping an eye on Fourth generation (4G) networks. This has also created mass telecom jobs in India especially in
telecom infrastructure segment.
