About the Course:
The TCSTP program is designed, by Teleman's mobile institute, to develop overall skills of the participant with a strong focus on technology, thus making
them a complete Mobile and Tablet Engineer. As a mobile repair engineer, the participant will be in a position to apply and choose from different career options
available in the wireless sector.
Course Duration:
150 Hours
Who Should Attend?
Specially designed for 8th standard and above from any field with or without electronics background.
Course Objective:
- Skills to identify and solve all software and hardware problems (up to Level 4) for all makes and types of mobile and tablet handsets.
- Skills to start own repair centre, handle customer relations and have complete understanding of customer service workflow.
- Technically equipped to work at Mobile and Tablet Manufacturing units, Channel Partners, Retail outlets, ASCs and BPOs in India and abroad.
- Conceptually strong and will be able to easily adapt to future technology.
Instructional Methods:
Interactive lecture sessions. 60% of the course is with hands-on practice in solving hardware and software problems of mobile phones of different makes and
models. All participants will receive comprehensive course materials specially prepared by Teleman's mobile institute.
Award:
TCSTP's are trained and graded according to their competency level at the mobile institute. Certificates are awarded in two grades. CERTIFICATE OF
COMPETENCE and CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE.
